What you will learn:
The best teams are efficient. They consist of people who have diverse styles and backgrounds. And, they are committed to understanding one another's why and ways of working. This understanding is the basis for better collaboration, trust and elegant coordination. Sounds easy enough in theory but it’s one of the hardest things to practice.
Design thinking offers tangible ways to achieve this with your team, starting with insights about one another and developing systems that motivate and support. This workshop provides you with a way to think about collaboration, communication and team building from the perspective of innovation and design thinking. Using the principles of human-centered design, your team will learn how to build a shared vocabulary, create a cohesive group, and ultimately establish a trust-based culture.
