What you will learn:
Leaders Are Not Born, They Are Built. So let's start building.
This unique workshop focuses on improving the lives of executives and team leaders.
When leaders are consistently giving to others, they often forget about their own wellbeing, and thus experience leadership burn out. If our leaders are overwhelmed, burnt out and feeling unfulfilled, their team culture and results will struggle.
Through actionable tools and strategies, leaders will learn how to create a lifestyle of fulfillment, energy, and elite performance both at work, and in life.
Bring your leadership team to this interactive experience where Cletus will focus specifically on:
- Performing a lifestyle audit in order to align what's most important with daily actions.
- Developing a personal “Play-Book” to align your passion, values, vision and mission, to develop your Leadership Philosophy. This is your North Star.
- Once the Play-Book is complete, attendees will use it to fill in the Fulfillment Triad to track toward reaching your highest potential in work and life.
- Included is an in depth process for developing elite habits and mastering priorities.
