What you will learn:
In this 90-minute Elective, you'll discover the powerful impact that positive relational energy can have on your team and organization, and more importantly how to develop and scale it.
According to research conducted by Harvard, the single largest predictor of success among leaders and organizations is not charisma, influence, power, personality, attractiveness, or innovative genius, but rather "positive relational energy." This is an energy exchange between people that uplifts and enthuses those it comes in contact with and is seen as being more important than any other factors in determining success.
Drawing on his 30 years expertise as a peak performance expert and knife fighting instructor, William Poett will reveal the secrets to igniting extraordinary performance and maximizing profitability and productivity using positive energy.
Employees will learn how to cultivate a positive and energizing team culture, build trust and cohesion within their teams, and leverage the strengths of each team member to drive results.
Whether you're a team leader or team member, this Elective will give you the tools and strategies you need to ignite the extraordinary performance of your team and organization.
About the instructor:
William Poett brings 30 years of experience as a human performance expert specializing in energetic and emotional intelligence as well as peak performance training. William is a nationally acclaimed corporate facilitator, author, radio personality and educator. A President and Key Executives MBA graduate at Pepperdine University, William began his career as a close quarter combat instructor with a specialty in knife fighting. Having worked with and trained members of the world’s most elite military, law enforcement, corporate and athletic teams, William’s core competency is preparing leaders, teams, and organizations to win in any environment. As a knife fighting specialist, he lives by the “truth of the blade,” meaning theory is valueless in life and death situations and he values the pursuit of that which is truly important. He has 11 black belt degrees, became a pilot, a licensed skydiver, a survival specialist and an ultralight backpacker (for those interested... his “any weather kit” weighs a total of 8 pounds). He thrives in extreme environments that test his skills, and he knows that what he teaches works. After spending the first half of his life as a warrior, he is now challenging himself by learning to dance, cook, play guitar and speak French.
